Kasajja a land broker was hired to secure the orphans’ estate. He says some of the lands in various areas were illegally sold by the dissatisfied party allegedly assisted by Bogere.
High Court Lydia Mugambe who was on May 10, 2023 appointed by United Nations (UN) Secretary General, Antonio Guterres as judge for Criminal Tribunes (IRMCT) disposed of the case in 2020 in favor of the seven remaining orphans.
The minority dissatisfied party some of whom none beneficiaries appealed to the Principal Judge Fabian Nzeije who maintained Judge Mugambe ‘s ruling.
Still dissatisfied the minority party tried to open up fresh cases before lower court (Magistrate’s court) in Makindye. Last year Kasajja received a letter from the Inspector General of Police and commenced on the exercise of distributing the land.

“I first reported Nalumu and Sekibaala to Kibuli CIID headquarters through their then lawyers from Barnabas D.K Dyadi and they refused to
respond to the police summons,” Kasajja told this reporter.

“We also have a counter claim about Kasajja and his gropup but our lawuers will give you the details, Nalumu said without reveling their lawyers.
Bogere did not pick our repeated calls by press time and had not replied to our WhatsApp calls.
But earlier, Bogere had refused to be involved in that case because his office had handed over the said estate to the family through court. Bogere;s colleague and fellow assistant adminstrotor who did not wat to be named said the matter of Bogere is personal because the office of the adminstrotor gave out all the estate properties to the
adminstrotor as ordered by court.
By press time the file had been forwarded to CPS, Kampala where Nalumu, Bogere and the other male accused have already made their statements.
“We are now arranging for the complaints and his team to come and make their statements before we forward the file to the DPP,” said one if the investigating CID officer who preferred not to be named.
