One of the major issues discussed during the meeting was land ownership. Hon. Agaba assured the residents that the government had already paid the landlords on plot 128 in Buhonda and that the final demarcation process would soon commence, leading to the issuance of titles to each individual. She urged the residents to focus on development and avoid intimidation tactics by former leaders who had been championing eviction threats.

“One man confessed, due to eviction intimidations, I lost on buying vast land that was on 250,000/= per acre & now the one who bought it is richer,” she quoted, highlighting the negative impact of such tactics on the community.
The MP also provided updates on the status of road infrastructure in the area. According to Hon. Agaba, the Kisiita – Kyankwanzi connect road is set to be maintained in the next quarter. She revealed that she had a direct phone call with the Hoima station manager, who confirmed the development. The delay in the project, she explained, was due to the merge of UNRA with the Ministry of Works and Transport, which resulted in budget cuts.
On the issue of tarmac roads, Hon. Agaba informed the residents that the Nalweyo-Kisiita-Kyankwanzi road, which was part of the OIL ROADS project, had been re-channeled due to the inaction of the former MP. _”The former MP slept on the job, and it was channeled rendering us robbed of the road network,”_ she lamented.
In the health sector, Hon. Agaba enlightened the electorates that Kisiita Sub County has not yet received a HCIII due to its new status. According to local government procedures, old sub counties are considered first, but she assured the residents that she is pushing for the establishment of a health center in the area soon. She, however, distinguished the situation from that of Bujaaja, where the community had mobilized resources and she had fundraised by inviting Minister Bahati and MPs, leading to the completion of a health center.
