Omuhereza Munyaneza Rauben, a resident of Butenja cell, Muziranduru Parish, testified to receiving a land title for Block 163 Plot 127. “Putting politics aside, every electorate needs a leader who can stand up for them,” he said. “It’s very hard for low-income earners with limited education to navigate the process of safeguarding their land.” Munyaneza expressed his gratitude to Hon. Agaba, saying, “I’m now on my land without fear of eviction because I have my protection, the title.” He has three land titles and urged fellow voters to support Hon. Agaba’s leadership.
Another resident, Nnalongo, a mother from Butenja Cell, also received four land titles through Hon. Agaba’s efforts. “I’ve lived in the area for 15 years amidst eviction intimidations, but now I’m sure my future and that of my children is secured because I have security,” she said. Nnalongo was grateful for Hon. Agaba’s assistance, saying, “I couldn’t raise the money to chase for the title, so I’m too grateful for Hon. Agaba Aisa Black.”

In addition to land titles, Hon. Agaba highlighted other development projects in the area. She constructed three first-class murram roads, one of which connects Kyamujundo, Butenja, Kalangala, and Kabarungi to Nkooko Sub County. “When I put this road, people blamed me, saying why I was putting a road in the forest,” she said. “But I told them, wait, this is the only way this area can develop.”
Hon. Agaba also lobbied for a solar-powered water project in Kibijo Sub County, which was implemented by an NGO called Islamic International. She plans to scale up the project to cover more areas. Regarding healthcare, she revealed that she recently lobbied the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for support, but they failed to secure land. “Now that I have confirmed you have land, I’m going to write to JICA again, and we’ll construct a Health Centre within Muziranduru Parish,”she said.
The MP also informed residents that all schools in Kibijo Sub County received textbooks she secured for the constituency. On power distribution, Hon. Agaba said all cells in Bugangaizi East have been surveyed and will receive power in three phases, with the first phase ongoing.
The LCIII Chairperson for Kibijjo Sub County, Bitagase Ephraim, lauded Hon. Agaba for her remarkable development efforts in the area, including the construction of first-class murram roads, provision of land titles, solar-powered water, and the promise of a health outreach center.
