Prophet Kakande may have to appear in court himself soon when the case kicks off in few weeks.
The controversial rice growing projects of the Prophet which used to be grown on over 20 acres of land in Masaka was investigated by Bamugemerire Commission and following a public outcry the projects were stopped by government.
Government then ordered Prophet Kakande to restore the abused wetland but up to now its not clear whether he has complied.
We have made efforts to meet Prohet Kakande in vain from his Kampala church and his manager one Wilson did not take our calls to comment on the matter and their defense.
Prophet Kakande’s infamous project also extended to his followers who bought it at exorbitant prices because he claimed it was blessed rice.
Sources at the church said efforts by the Prophet to revive his rice growing by asking government to allow him back in the wetland have fallen on deaf ear of government officials who think he wants to abuse the environment.
Source at the church said the news of the court case against the Prophet has sparked panic to some of his management team and lawyers who are struggling to make a defence in court.
Masaka farming and Eco tourism projects will soon be exposed, defeated and ashamed. Kakande is the founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations whose main Church is in Bwaise in Kampala.

Some local officials are not happy with Prohet Kakande farming projects in Masaka and think court may give them redress.
