NEWS: chool Administration at Noa Girls Secondary School Zana has suspended over ten (10) Senior Six students for allegedly Involving themselves in Homosexual acts.
According to Mr Kakooza Ibrahim, the School director of Studies, the Ten students have been coupling up as boy friend and girlfriend yet it is a single school.
The Girls suspended include :- Nabakoza Sylvia, Barbra Kanakye
Olivia, Lynda Mugwanya
Sylvia sentale, Nanfuka Mary, Dorothy Akankwasa, Hellen Neboshi & Kentare Shamilah.
Speaking to media, The headmaster of the School Mr Robert Ssebufu said that the suspended students were greatly influencing others into homescuality hence suspending them was the only option.
The Anti-Homosexuality Act, 1999 was an act passed by the Parliament of Uganda, which prohibited sexual relations between persons of the same sex.
The act was previously called the “Kill the Gays bill” in the western mainstream media due to death penalty clauses proposed in the original version,[2][3][4][5] but the penalty was later amended to life in prison.
Several Schools in Uganda are on the spotlight for recruitment of LGBTQ members, more so single schools which has put a country in danger.
