KYANKWANZI: President Yoweri Museveni, NRM Party Chairman, this afternoon arrived at the National Leadership Institute (NALI) in Kyankwanzi to officially launch the week-long party leaders’ retreat.
He was received by Vice President Jessica Alupo, Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa, CEC members, and NRM Secretary-General Richard Todwong, among others.
Museveni delivered a keynote address, setting the tone for the retreat.
