Oyam district Police has arrested a teenager over the murder of own biological mother for overdrinking alcohol. 19 years old Robert Olwi of Amwa Teduka Cell, Okule ward, Minakulu Town Council in Oyam District, is said to have beaten his mother, Sylvia Aol, to death after she returned home drunk from a bar.
