The president of Uganda and the chairman of the NRM has ordered the ONC head and boss Hadijjah Namyalo Uzeiya to focus on problems affecting bazukuulu than organizing premature birthdays for Him .
Sources from the state house reviewed to this publication that Hadijjah had gone to request 400m from the statehouse to help her organize the a mega birthday for Jajja { President M7) but in a meeting Namyalo held with the president and top Nrm officers president Museveni said the state house has no money to waste in birthdays yet Uganda has alot of problems
President M7 there and then ordered Namyalo to think and solve problems that are affecting Bazukuulu, according to sources in statehouse president told Namyalo to atleast work hand in hand with a Nrm Mobilizer and singer Munamasaka Nsereko Emma on his event due on 16th September instead of Confusing supporters , president also ordered her to stop looking for funds from his friends like the rich claiming to be organizing for him a surprise birthday  for the starters office of the national Chairman ONC was set to organize a mega birthday for president on 8th September but the event may be imbalance since funds are nowhere now .
In the same line the raise of tension on who has the official mandate to organize the birthday celebrations of president has raised as NRM singer Munamasaka Nsereko has also sent 16th September to celebrate the achievements by the president and his government in a concert of Museveni Awoma where Munamasaka is set to celebrate and sensetise people on government projects and programs
