The allegation surfaced shortly after NUP president, Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine), returned to the city from a memorial service in Kiboga for Ritah Nabukenya, an NUP supporter who died in a road accident in 2020. NUP had accused a police vehicle of causing Nabukenya’s death, but the police denied these claims.
