Uganda’s Examinations body, the National Examinations Board (UNEB) has officially declared that it will kick off its National Examinations Calendar next month. This will commence with a briefing of senior four (S.4) candidates  as their first exam Uganda Certificate of Education-UCE. This will be followed by Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) with a briefing on November 7. Ugandan teachers face tough situation after waiting for their salaries for quite a long period of time amidst stricken economy. it should be remembered that the Public Service ministry in July notified all public servants that their July salaries were going to be delayed over issuance of the new salary structures for Financial Year 2022/2023.
