Police in Kanungu District is investigating the circumstances surrounding the alleged murder of 45-year-old Dadson Byaruhanga, a resident of Rwemishinya cell in Mashaku parish, Nyamirama Sub County. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has commissioned Kawumu Tannery Uganda, a factory that adds value to animal hides and skins located at Kawumu, in Luwero District. Three people have been arrested in Mubende District following two separate murder incidents. The suspects include David Semuyaba, Jackson Habyara, and Yayeri Nyirabantu, both residents of Kabowa, Kibalinga Sub County. Semuyaba was arrested for allegedly killing his 37-year-old wife, Teopista Nankima at Kajumba Village, Kagina Sub County in Mubende District.
