Lamwo, Uganda: Ethinic attack in Pobura parish, Madi Opei sub county in Lamwo district has left least twelve grass-thatched huts smarshed by fire. According to the LCV chairperson of Lamwo district, Mr. Sisto Ocen Oyet, clashes happened on Wednesday night in Wigweng village, involving the members of Pobira and Pobura clans. Kumi, Uganda: Yesterday in noon hours, a yet to be identified explosive that the children were playing with went off in the Kanapa village, resulting in the deaths of two children. The village of Kanapa is in the Kumi district. Patricia Egolet and Diana Marcy Achan, both 4 years old, have been identified as the two children killed in the explosion.
