Reports indicate that a soldier attached to the Special Command Forces (SFC) Unit who was on a peace mission in Somalia allegedly shot three colleagues dead before being wrestled down and arrested. Rukungiri, Uganda: A barber in Rukungiri District who went missing on Christmas day has been found dead hanging in a school toilet.
