Kampala, Uganda: Yesterday morning Members of Parliament Mohamed Ssegirinya and Allan Ssewanyana did not appear before the International Crimes Division of the High Court as expected yesterday morning. Entebbe, Uganda: One Denis Kutesa, a nurse intern at Entebbe Grade B hospital has been arrested for allegedly raping a female patient and attempting to rape two others. Kampala Metropolitan Police Luke Owoyesigyire says that Kutesa was picked up on Saturday and locked up at Entebbe Central police station.
