While neither homosexuality nor homosexual acts are illegal, homosexuality is considered a taboo topic, and there is no significant public discussion of this issue in any region of the country. EDUCATION: A total of 229 candidates from 106 schools/ Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) centres have scored maximum A-level points, 20 in 20 points from 2022 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) results according to the Board.In this year’s UACE, fewer candidates managed to score maximum points. In 2020, a total of 242 candidates scored the maximum 20-in-20 points. These were from 100 schools or Uneb centers.
