Police in Soroti are hunting for Fiona Achanit, the Accountant of of Arrow Security’s private company Soroti branch for swindling Company money. A supporter of the National Unity Platform (NUP) party lost his life while 10 others sustained injuries in a road accident that occurred on Monday evening in Hoima district. A Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) soldier is under investigation after shooting and injuring a Congolese national in Kisolholho Village, Karambi Sub County in Kasese District. The victim, 26-year-old Majwar Muhindo Kibwana, was shot in the hip as he allegedly crossed into Uganda through an unauthorized border point.
