The deputy speaker of parliament, Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa adjourned the house for 10 minutes after noticing that the technical team at the control room had disappeared. Tayebwa had earlier instructed the technical team to play the Video showing security mishandling Nup supporters, but the technical people instead ran away from the control room.
