The Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) has made substantial progress in the upgrade and expansion of Entebbe International Airport, with phase one nearing completion at 92%. According to UCAA Director General Fred Bamwesigye, the airport has seen a significant increase in traffic volume, with more passengers in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023.
