Two Rwandan Nationals have confessed to have murdered an 83 year old man who was found dead in his house in Karujabura cell, Kitumba Sub county of Kabale district. Ivan Chubahiro has been arrested for allegedly conning very important persons (VIPs) of over Shs 40 million using the director of public prosecutions (DPP) Jane Frances Abodo’s name. The Police in Masindi district have arrested a 30-year old man only identified as Okecha after allegedly killed his father who accused him of theft. Alex Omochi 60years a resident of Nyakabaale village in Kiruuli sub county Masindi district who has also been the Nyakabaale Village Chairman faced his death after convening a meeting where some neighbors complained that the chairman’s son Okecha had become a serial thief. The minister of minister of works and transport Gen Edward Katumba Wamala has directed the National Roads Authority, Kampala Capital Authority,Chief Administrative Officers and Town clerks to prohibit and remove all business activities on the shoulders and sidewalks of public roads.
