Yogi steel company with it’s sister companies Victoria sugar, Victoria plastic and Victoria tyres has served a dinner to their workers and the local community around these companies in Biukwe district.
Over 1500 workers from these factories turned up in big numbers after dinner, the floor was opened for the dance between workers and their supervisors.
This is the first of it’s kind. One of the directors of Yogi steels Mr. Alpesh Patel in his message appreciated government for the condussive environment acorded to the investors which has enabled their companies to threil.
Wakisi Division in Buikwe district Chairperson Michael Bwiire appreciated the event and cautioned other companies to copy the same because it’s the only platform were workers can check hands with their bosses.
