A dangerously horny 50 year old man and a resident of Bugema C, in Mbale Industrial City Division has been arrested for defiling two minors at the same time.
Swaibu Magalama, a Sugarcane seller at Nauyo Trading Center was arrested on Monday, 20th May, 2024 shortly after committing the offence.
It’s alleged that the suspect convinced the 12, and 13 year old girls and took them to his house on Monday, 20th May, 2024 where he defiled them from.
SP Rogers Taitika, the Elgon Region Police Spokesperson while speaking to this reporter said that they are working on the case file to take the suspect to court and be charged with two cases of aggravated defilement.
Taitika has said children often land into trouble during holidays because of parents’ negligence.
He calls upon all parents to be mindful of their children safety in and outside home during this holiday time.
By the time of filing this story, Swaibu was still at Mbale City Central Police Station awaiting to be taken to court.
