Kampala, Uganda: The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has launched its Strategic Plan, Client Charter, and Service Delivery Standards for FY2025/26-2029/30, with a commitment to building a well-planned, inclusive, and resilient capital city.

Speaking at Bat Valley Primary School, Hajjat Sharifah Buzeki, KCCA Executive Director, emphasized the authority’s dedication to accountability and action, stating, “The people of Kampala demand a city that works for all, and we pledge full accountability & action for a Liveable City.”
The dissemination event, attended by Central Division LCII leaders and Village Health Teams (VHTs), aimed to engage stakeholders in KCCA’s transformation agenda.
Buzeki expressed gratitude to partners, oversight bodies, elected leaders, staff, and frontline teams for driving change in the city. The strategic plan outlines KCCA’s roadmap for creating a liveable city, with a focus on inclusivity and resilience.
