Kampala, Uganda: The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has partnered with the Uganda Professional Drivers Network to launch a citywide speed-awareness drive, “They Are Speed Limits for a Reason.”
The initiative aims to reduce road crashes, particularly during the festive season, when speeding and heavy travel contribute to increased accidents.
Through this campaign, KCCA and its partners seek to educate drivers on the importance of adhering to speed limits, promoting road safety, and protecting lives.
