Kansanga, Kla-Uganda: The International University of East Africa (IUEA) recently crowned its new ambassadors, Mr. and Miss IUEA 2025/2026, in a grand ceremony held at the university’s auditorium in Kansanga. The event, themed “The Balance of Poise, Elegance, and Grace,” showcased the unique blend of talent, beauty, and intellect of its students, with participants drawn from the university’s diverse student body, which comprises graduates from over 50 countries.
Isaac Cibembe from Congo was crowned Mr. IUEA 2025/2026, while Ajah Majok from South Sudan won the title of Miss IUEA 2025/2026. The winners demonstrated exceptional poise, elegance, and charm, embodying the university’s values of empowerment, leadership, and cultural diversity.
The competition went beyond physical beauty, highlighting the students’ talents, cultural heritage, and personalities. Special titles were awarded to recognize outstanding achievements. The winners will receive a 100% scholarship worth nearly UGX 40 million per year, a life-changing reward that reflects the university’s commitment to supporting excellence.
Notably, all participants underwent rigorous training for over 20 days, building soft skills that will be integrated into the IUEA marketing team to further develop their skills. This initiative underscores IUEA’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel in academics, talent, and character.
