Kibijjo, Kakumiro: The people of Kibijo have expressed their heartfelt appreciation to their beloved Member of Parliament, Hon. Agaba Aisa Barisigara Black, for her tireless efforts in transforming their community. As the representative of Bugangaizi East, Hon. Agaba Aisa has been instrumental in bringing about numerous development projects that have significantly improved the lives of Kibijo residents.
One of the most notable initiatives is the water project in Kabuubwa, which has provided clean and safe water to the community. This project has been a game-changer, especially for women and children who previously had to walk long distances to fetch water. The MP’s efforts in spearheading Freehold Land Titles to residents of Butenja, Nakasagazi, Lwembuzi, Kabuubwa East, and other areas have also brought security and stability to landowners.
The refurbishment of Kabuubwa HCIII has enhanced healthcare services, while the drilling of boreholes across various villages in Kibijo has increased access to clean water. The construction of First Class Murram roads, such as the Butenja-Kabarungi road connecting to Kyamujundo, has improved infrastructure and facilitated transportation.
In the education sector, Hon. Agaba Aisa has distributed textbooks to secondary schools, including St. Andrea Kaahwa Schools, Kooki-Haibaale, and other community schools. This initiative has supported students and teachers alike, enhancing the quality of education in the area.
The people of Kibijo are also grateful for the MP’s efforts in paving roads across various villages, making it easier for residents to access essential services and conduct their daily activities.
