Kampala, Uganda: The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) will release the results of the 2024 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) this Friday, March 14, 2025. Ahead of the official release, UNEB officials will brief Education Minister Janet Museveni on the 2024 UACE results today, March 12, 2025, at Nakasero State House at 2:30 p.m.
During the briefing, the minister will be informed about the overall performance of the candidates, as well as any notable trends or issues that emerged during the examination process. This briefing is a standard procedure, allowing the minister to prepare for the official release of the results and address any concerns or questions that may arise.
A total of 142,009 candidates sat for the final national A-level examinations (UACE) in 2024, across 2,634 centers in Uganda. The breakdown of candidates shows that 61,968 were female and 80,041 were male.
After the official release, candidates can check their results online through the UNEB eReg Portal or via SMS by sending a message to 6600.
