Kampala, Uganda: Hon. Ninsiima Evelyn Kikafunda, a dedicated community leader and Woman MP aspirant for Rubanda District, recently demonstrated her compassion and commitment to serving others by attending the funeral service of the late Florence Rutaro Ndyaba in Mparo Town Council, Rukiga District.
