Kampala, Uganda: Since morning Police has been surrounding the National Unity Platform (NUP) Headquarters in Makerere-Kavule not allowing anyone to enter or getting out for what they called security purposes.
In the due course, Police arrested three Opposition National Unity Platform Members of Parliament who were trying to access the besieged party headquarters in Makerere-Kavule.
Those arrested are Mityana Municipality MP Francis Zaake, Katikamu South MP Hassan Kirumira, and Bbaale County MP Tebandeke. They were attempting to make their way into the barricaded NUP offices in Makerere-Kavule, Kampala.
Funny enough, MP Zaake’s car was towed with him inside.
