Controversial Broadcast Journalist, Captain Smart has taken a stance for the upcoming General Elections in December.
Speaking on his morning show, Captain Smart stated that he would vote against the incumbent NPP administration for making the lives of Ghanaians miserable.
According to him, Nana Addo has used eight years to ruin the economy of the country and as a result, he won’t be part of those who will vote for the party to retain power.
Captain Smart was however quick to add that he wouldn’t vote for the opposing NDC party either.
According to him, the only party he will vote for is the CPP party. Captain Smart went ahead to shower praises John Dramani Mahama for doing a lot in the four years he had to run Ghana than the eight years Nana Addo was given.
A few months ago,Radio and Television personality, Vim Lady expressed her disappointment in her colleague, Captain Smart over some allegations regarding he made regarding the death of John Kumah.
This was after Captain Smart alleged that John Kumah was poisoned to death.
According to Captain Smart, John Kumah was poisoned by some people in the NPP party.
His wild allegations caused an uproar on social media with several of his colleagues bashing him for misleading the public.
Vim Lady was among the people who condemned his actions.
According to Vim Lady, the autopsy reports revealed that John Kumah didnt die of poisoning contrary to Captain Smart’s reports.
The autopsy was allegedly done on Friday March 8, 2024 by a certified pathologist. According to the results of the test, it was revealed that John Kumah died of myeloma which is a form of blood cancer.
For educational purposes, Multiple myeloma is a cancer that forms in a type of white blood cell called a plasma cell. Healthy plasma cells help fight infections by making proteins called antibodies. Antibodies find and attack germs.
In multiple myeloma, cancerous plasma cells build up in bone marrow. The bone marrow is the soft matter inside bones where blood cells are made.
In the bone marrow, the cancer cells crowd out healthy blood cells. Rather than make helpful antibodies, the cancer cells make proteins that don’t work right. This leads to complications of multiple myeloma.
A close source to the Kumah family revealed that he was diagnosed with Multiple myeloma in 2023. The family also reveals that he was receiving treatment for the illness but his health deteriorated recently leading to his sudden death.
