Ugandans especially from the opposition side had started jubilating upon the letters that were making rounds on social media purpotedly from President Museveni directing relevant agencies like the IGG, DPP and others to investigate the circumstances under which the Service Award of Ugx.1.7billion was dished to only four individuals, Three Parliamentary Commissioners and former Leader of Opposition.
However, it has been to their shock that these letters were instead fake as per state house communication.
Questions remain, does this exornorate the countrymen and women to demand accountability of that tax payers money??
