This is after a passenger was found carrying a concealed bag of live snakes hidden within their pants, prompting immediate action from airport security and wildlife officials.

Snakes were inside sunglass pouch
According to a tweet by TSA_Gulf, the reptiles were hidden inside what appeared to be a sunglasses bag stashed in the trousers.
TSA called in the CBP Southeast and Miami-Dade Police partners to assist in investigating the intended purpose of their transport.
“The snakes were turned over to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission,” read part of the tweet.

It is expected that the passenger, whose identity has been withheld, will face charges related to the illegal transport of wildlife.
