The Prime Minister of Uganda Rt Hon Nabbanja Robinah has met the president of the UN General Assembly Dennis Frances on the sidelines of the ongoing NAM summit at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
The two discussed climate change mitigation measures, the green climate fund and strengthening women empowerment.
The Premier also interfaced with the Vice President of Turkey H.E Cevdet Yılmaz and discussed mechanisms of fostering business between the two sister countries.
Meetings that also included that of the Pakistan Foreign Minister were held after the official opening ceremony.
These leaders are part of the 15000 delegates attending the ongoing NAM summit.
