In a video that is now going viral on social media, we see Hon. Mwesigwa Rukutana and his wife happily singing Pallaso’s song of KATI MPA LOVE. Hon. Rukutana led the song and the wife backed him up to make his birthday a colourful one.
if you watch this video, you will surely understand that if they had not stolen his musical instruments, Rukutana was going to be a vocalist and compete on international scene.

Mwesigwa Rukutana, is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He served as Deputy Attorney General of Uganda from 1 March 2015 to January 2020. He replaced Fred Ruhindi, who was appointed Attorney General. He was also Minister of State for Labour, Employment and Industrial Relations.
