Who Is Mr Oluma Francisco?
He is a God fearing Christian and upcoming politician in a bid to contest for 2026-2031 parliamentary elections in North Kyoga county.
Mr Oluma Francisco has a vision to strengthen the youth of Kyoga North county or Constituency in several aspects as narrated by him.
Above all ,to support the youth in Kyoga North constituency if given a chance,in 2026-2031 elections, he is requesting the youth to join him in the struggle for a better future espicially for youth below 40s in Kyoga North constituency.
“I have already started the journey moving forward to achieve our target goals to empower the youth in Kyoga North county come 2026-2031.
I Oluma Francisco request you to join and support young blood because my aims and objectives and political agenda will always be clear to solve problems of the youth such as unemployment, gaps in education level, health, poverty eradicatation among others.
The main problem of our youth in Kyoga North constituency is poverty,poor road network, lack of coordination between the youth and some leaders”Noted Oluma.
I am assuring you that personally as Oluma Francisco now aspiring candidate for the year 2026-2031 parliamentary seat, my teams have the ability and confidence enough to do all it takes to make youth in Amolatar great again.
Hence, l believe my most important electorates of Kioga North constituency, have trust in me Oluma Francisco ,MP hopeful 2026-2031 parliamentary seat .
This is so because l have come to bring all the developments,most importantly that the youth are looking forward in Kyoga North constituency come 2026-31 elections.
My Full Background.
I was born in Akol and l belong to the clan of Okwero.
I am from the family of Mzee Odongo Samuel the son of kiria Fedali Okot.I studied from Akol primary school, Arwotcek primary school and Otalabar primary school Abim District.l lator joined Amolatar Senior Secondary School and Luteete secondary school in Luwero District where l successfuly completed P7,Senior 4 and ‘A’level.
I then went to UMCAT for Diploma in journalism, studied law among other qualifications that l attained.
