Pinnacle Security Limited has launched state-of-the-art fire tenders and rapid intervention trucks adding to their fleet for efficient fire safety, management and emergency fire response portfolio specifically in the Oil and Gas Sector under the Tilenga Project.
The Swedish manufactured Scania fire engines have unique specifications, capacity and features such as twin hose reels, blues/siren, Godiva pumps hence able to transport firefighters, water and carry equipment for firefighting operations to any incident, fire drills and rescue missions.
This fleet of equipment also comes with specialized functions for wildfire suppression, aircraft rescue, firefighting and technical rescue fitted with sirens and emergency vehicle lighting not forgetting communication equipment such as two-way radios and mobile computer technology.
The Pinnacle Fire Department has also been tasked under this Project to carry out preventive maintenance and repair services test and inspect firefighting equipment and related systems; monitor performance, rectify failures as well as carry out fire audits, fire and basic first aid training to mention but a few.
Pinnacle Security’s investment in these fire engines is in addition to their already existing fire trucks and set of ambulances with the ultimate goal of providing fire security and safety human and commercial properties but to also continue its collaboration with the Uganda Fire Brigade to protect, rescue national resources and chemical industries by smothering and preventing fire on a massive level.
Pinnacle Security Fire Department has over 40 internationally trained, recognized and trained professionals with Fire Masters/Leaders, Emergency Response Coordinators/Experts, Fire Fighters and First Aiders each sufficiently able to handle their task and transfer knowledge through training as end goal of building capacity for Ugandans for future fire and safety response and interventions in all sectors.
