Bugangaizi East, Kakumiro: On Sunday, at a function that was graced by Minister for Trade and Cooperatives as well Ndorwa West legislator- Hon. David Bahati, MP Aisa mobilized over 60Million Uganda Shillings meant for construction of Bujaja Health Centre III in Mpasana Sub County.

After producing a town Council, Mpasana Sub County fell short of major social services including a healthcare unit which prompted Hon. Aisa with the help of Minister Bahati and fellow legislators to converge at Bujaja to fundraise such that residents of Mpasana Sub County can have healthcare services near them.
Mpasaana Sub County has a population of over 30,000 (Thirty thousand people) but has for years been struggling due to absenceof a Healthcare unit.
In her speech, Hon. Agaba Aisa Black reiterated the importance of having a healthcare unit near her people saying that this will save them from long distances they have been trekking seeking for medical services as well as money they’ve been spending since they will be getting services for free.

She lauded residents for developing an idea that was meant to save their lives and it is against this background that she decided to seek for help from fellow legislators hence commendable work that has been witnessed.
She utilized the opportunity to update her electorates on other issues she is tackling that include bringing closer National Water which she says is only awaiting gazette in a few months then Bugangaizi East will be added on the grid.
“The issue of land titles is slowly getting sorted as government has kickstarted the process of securing titles from absentee landlords and very soon you will have your title and live comfortably as I am in touch with Uganda Land Board and Ministry for Lands”. MP Aisa.

“I sit on the Parliamentary Committee on Physical Infrastructure, both the Chairman of the Committee, his Vice and the entire column, I have the Minister for Transport who have all assured to help me to tackle this issue. On Electricity, you all know that most areas have been surveyed and the process of electrification is underway”. She revealed.
She sought her electorates to closely work with her with patience believing that she will surely be capable of doing what she is expected of. She revealed to them that government programs go through a long process therefore ‘you need to give me time to fight and see that the status of Bugangaizi East is raised’.
She contributed UGX3Million (Three Million Uganda Shillings) Cash towards construction of the Health Centre.
Speaking to the congregation, Hon. David Bahati- the Minister for Trade and Cooperatives commended Bugangaizi East people for having been so vigilant to choose MP Aisa saying that she is a fighter who doesn’t surrender not until she gets what she should get.

“You have a gift of Hon. Agaba Aisa Black, a ‘never quit’ fighter, therefore I implore you not to disrupt her but always opt for her, she will surely deliver the development you desire”. Hon. Bahati.
On same platform, he appealed to Bujaja (Mpasaana) people to get Parish Development Model Fund, use it and develop themselves.
“Government has so far deposited UGX27Million at every Parish therefore go for it and use it to upgrade your standards”. Said Minister Bahati.
He contributed UGX15Million (Fifteen Million Uganda Shillings only) towards construction of Bujaja Health Centre III.
Representing Uganda’s Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja Musafiri, the Kakumiro Resident District Commissioner Retired Maj. David Matovu caution Bugangaizi East people to abhor politics of hate and inclination instead chose development and it is against this background that he appealed to them to support their MP in all ways because, has proven that she is indeed developmental.
He said that Bugangaizi East still needs many more things which will only be deliver if they back up their MP to continue lobbying and advocating.
On the other hand, he cited theft of domestic animals in the areas in addition to encroachment of wetland and warned that perpetrators should with immediate effect desist from such otherwise he is launching a raid on them.

On the fundraising function, over ten Members of Parliament attended in a bid to give hand to their fellow legislator Hon. Aisa. Among these was Hon. Nathan Byanyima from Bukanga- Isingiro, David Kabanda from Kasanda, Hon. Ndamira from Kabale, Hon. Mbabazi Pascol from Buwekula-Mubende, Hon. Richard Ssebamala from Bukoto, Greater Masaka, Officials from National Water and Sewerage Cooperation and others.
