Bugisu: Reports coming in indicate that Karamoja Affairs Minister Hon. Mary Gorreti Kitutu is being accused for distributing ghost goats.
It is said that as State House Anti- Corruption Unit was doing its work in Manafwa district, it was found that Minister Kitutu got in touch with a one Keffa, who hails from Bugisu to supply goats to Karamoja but mysteriously vanished with the money.

Reports continue to indicate that after receiving monies from the minister, went into hiding and has ever since refused to pick up the ministers calls.
State House Anti- Corruption Unit continues to storm Bugisu Sub- Region.
By time of filling this story, minister Kitutu had refused to pick up our calls to respond to the allegations by the whistle blower.
