A group of National Resistance Movement (NRM) party cyber security who was hired to hack into top opposition social media accounts during the 2021 elections period have petitioned President Yoweri Museveni over non-payment for the services they offered.
The hackers’ team who worked under renowned city tycoon Sulaimani Kabangala Mbuga alias SK Mbuga accuse their boss of swindling money meant to pay them after handling top secret work for the government.
In a letter seen by this website, SK Mbuga submitted the proposal to the State House on their behalf and they were entitled to 40% of the total budget, but only to be disappointed not to receive any money for the services.
However, another letter from the State House addressed to SK Mbuga reveals that he received part of the money from the state house controller through the Atrox security company.
State House has since halted any further payments to Mbuga’s company until the matter has been resolved.
